Robert Anthony Brooks, black male, arrested on charges of theft of property, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Ryan Cody Woods, white male, arrested on charges of health and safety violations, traffic offense, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Felicia Kelly, white female, arrested on charges of resisting arrest, search or transport, accident involving damage to vehicle, by OOC. He remains in jail.
Patrick Samuel, black male, arrested on charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon, by OOC. He remains in jail.
James Smith, white male. arrested on charges of indecency with a child sexual contact, by OOC. He remains in jail.
