Stephanie Oxley Neel, white female, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated-3rd or more offenses, by Texas Department of Public Safety. She remains in jail.
John Calvin Dryden, white male, arrested on charges of failure to appear/driving while intoxicated-2nd offense, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
Tamon Jardai Leach, black male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
