Kyra Ashton Atkinson, white female, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.
Russell Wayne Morgan, white male, arrested on charges of indecency with child sexual contact-2 counts, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
