Randy Earl Spikes, black male, arrested on charges of speeding, manslaughter, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Mario Deshun Holt, black male, arrested on charges of evading arrest detention, motion to revoke probation, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
