Over the past 24 hours, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office reports 12 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Any questions about today’s arrest report should be directed to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office at (409) 384-5417. Arrested were:

Melissa Sheard, white female, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.

Nicholas Floyd Hauffe, white male, arrested on charges of aggravated assault date/family/household member, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

Charles Eugene Simmons, white male, arrested on charges of parole violation, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

Brandon John Bodznick, white male, arrested on charges of aggravated sexual 6 counts, by OOC. He remains in jail.

Louis Earl Thompson, black male, arrested on charges of aggravated assault date/family/household member, by OOC. He remains in jail.

Kimberly Cleveland-Carrell, white female, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, by Texas Department of Public Safety. She remains in jail.

Julie Whitmire, white female, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, by Texas Department of Public Safety. She remains in jail.

Jewell Burch, white female, arrested on charges of evading arrest detention, by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.

Clifton Shane Kennedy, white male, arrested on charges of silent abusive call/electronic communication, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

Taylor Justin Thomas, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.

Jarrod Bruce Odom, black male, arrested on charges of criminal trespass, theft of property, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.

Tamon Jardai Leach, black male, arrested on charges of motion to revoke-theft of property, motion to revoke-evading arrest detention, motion to revoke-criminal mischief, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
