Dessa Rae McClendon, white female, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.
Charles Allen Harding, white male, arrested on charges of driving while license invalid, no valid inspection certificate, driving while license invalid, display expired license plates/registration, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
