Lance Devone Fowler, black male, arrested on charges of engaging in organized criminal act, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Billie Chatagnier, white female, arrested on charges of forgery of financial instrument, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Richard Lawrence Benoit III, white male, arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
James Ryan Smith, white male, arrested on charges of no driver license when unlicensed, unsafe speed, failure to maintain financial responsibility, rider not secured by safety belt, speeding-10% or more above posted, no restricted class M license, failure to maintain financial responsibility, operation of vehicle with expired license plate, failure to yield, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
