Tracina Chestanette Fobbs, black female, arrested on charges of failure to identify fugitive intent, by Jasper Police Department. She remains in jail.
Chris Danyell Owens, black male, arrested on charges of injury of child/elderly/disabled, probation violation, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
