Jose Alberto Herrera, unidentified male, arrested on charges of DWI, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
Anthony Allen McGowan, white male, arrested on charges of theft of firearm, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
