Daniel Jacob Clough, white male, arrested on charges of bond forfeiture/failure to appear for assault, by OOC. He remains in jail.
Garry Lee Scambler, white male, arrested on charges of theft of property, engaging in organized criminal act, by OTH. He remains in jail.
