Peter Paul Breaux, black male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Nicholas Tobin, white male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled substance, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
