Jessica Arredondo, white female, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, driving while license invalid, by Kirbyville Police Department. She remains in jail.
Chance Bartley Davis, white male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated-3rd or more offenses, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
