Jessica Nicole Persons, white female, arrested on charges of theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper, by OOC. She remains in jail.
Samuel Robertson, white male, arrested on charges of resist arrest search or transport, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
Joshua Alan Campbell, white male, arrested on charges of assault family/household member, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
