Deandre Dionte Phifer, black male, arrested on charges of kidnapping, bail jumping and failure to appear, burglary of habitation, assault causes bodily injury, burglary of habitation, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Brandal Lugene Burks, white male, arrested on charges of failure to appear for possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance, bond forfeiture-possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
