McKinley Nicole Jumel, white female, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, fraud use/possession of identifying info, by Jasper Police Department. She remains in jail.
Timothy Lorenzo Horn, black male, arrested on charges of unauthorized use of vehicle, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
