Kevin Gary Wheeler, white male, arrested on charges of theft of firearm, fraud use/possessing identifying information items, credit card or debit card abuse, by Texas Department of public safety. He remains in jail.
Curtis Ernest Brumley, black male, arrested on charges of manufacturing/delivering controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Patsy Marie Barlow, black female, arrested on charges of forgery financial instrument, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
Frank White Jr., black male, arrested on charges of order of commitment, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
