Rickey David Patrick, white male, arrested on charges of DWI-second offense, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
Don Erick Mays, Jr., black male, arrested on charges of engaging in organized criminal act-two counts, by Jasper Police Department. He remains in jail.
