Justin Keathon DeBourgeois, black male, arrested on charges of unauthorized use of vehicle, unlicensed carrying of a weapon, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Joe Thomas Ernst, white male, arrested on charges of driving while license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility, expired registration, driving while license involved with previous conviction/suspension, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
