Bravery Parks, black male, arrested on charges of failure to appear/sale/distribution/display harmful material, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jace Jones, white male, arrested on charges of criminal mischief, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
