Ashley Smith, black female, arrested on charges of forgery of financial instrument, by Jasper Police Department. She remains in jail.
Joe Thomas Ernst, white male, arrested on charges of possession of controlled substance, expired registration, driving while license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
Steven Michael Massey, white male, arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
