James H. Leavings, white male, arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility-3 counts, unsafe speed, expired driver's license-2 counts, dog at large, by Kirbyville Police Department. He remains in jail.
Cody James Gillard, white male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated-2nd offense, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
Nicole Denmon, white female, arrested on charges of evading arrest detention, possession of controlled substance, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
