Kenneth Ray Arnold, white male, was arrested on charges of unlawful carrying of a weapon by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Roger Dale Stratton, white male, was arrested on charges of assault causing bodily injury by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
