On November 12th and 13th between the hours of 10 am and 4pm, the Louisiana National Guard and LSU will be in Sabine Parish offering Booster Vaccines, Regular Vaccines and Testing. All services will be free of charge. no reservations required. Just bring proof of age and your vaccine card if you need a booster. The locations are Sabine Parish Court House, Zwolle Festival Grounds, and Toledo Town.
For individuals who received a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine and wish for a booster, the following are the guidelines:
65 years or older
18 and older who live in long term care settings
18 and older who have underlying medical conditions
