UPDATE: The Louisiana State Police has canceled the Silver Alert for Daisy Hardy. She has been located and is safe.  Any further inquiries should be directed to the Baton Rouge Police Department.

The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD) and is requesting assistance with locating Daisy Hardy, who was reported missing to BRPD this evening. She was last seen at approximately 3:30 pm this afternoon in the Zachary area driving a white 2013 Cadillac CTS bearing Louisiana license plate XGK123.

Daisy Hardy is a 79-year-old black female with silver hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5’6” tall and weighs about 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red button up blouse, black slacks, and a black beanie cap.

Family members confirm Ms. Hardy suffers from a medical condition which may impair her judgment.
