Two Unrestrained Drivers Killed in Head-On Crash

Two people are dead and another seriously injured after a two-vehicle crash in Sabine Parish.

The crash happened not long before 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on Marthaville Road at Tedder Lane in Many. Here is what you should know about injury claims and getting the necessary legal help.

Louisiana State Police say 67-year-old Joy Rains of Robeline was headed northbound on Marthaville in her Mazda, when she lost control and crossed into the opposite lane. Hardy died at the scene. Rains was air-lifted to Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport, where she later died.
