Jarred Dickson and Richard Rosier, both of Glenmora, LA, were arrested on February 27, 2019, after they sat outside of La Captiol Federal Credit Union on 165 South in Oakdale long enough time to become suspicious.

Oakdale Police were called after they had been outside the bank for almost 40 minutes.

Following contact, Officers located a .45 caliber handgun and a long rifle in the vehicle. Both were arrested on weapons charges.

Jarred Dickson remains in the Allen Parish Correctional Complex while Richard Rosier was released from custody and is out on his own recognizance.
