A teenager is dead after a shooting late Thursday in southwest Shreveport.
Shreveport police spokesman Cpl. Marcus Hines said Tramell K. Lewis, 18, was sitting in a car when someone opened fire at Kingston Village Apartments in the 9000 block of Kingston Road around 10:30 p.m.
The Lewis was rushed to Ochsner LSU Health, where he later died.
Meanwhile, police continue to search for a suspect and a motive for the shooting.
