The annual Spring Peason Ridge Heritage Tour will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022. This is a free tour that is scheduled each spring by the US Army and Ft. Polk. Rickey Robertson, local Sabine Parish Historian will be the Tour Guide for this event as the group visits old homesites, cemeteries, military training areas, and historical locations. The tour will begin at Pine Grove Baptist Church located on Hwy 118 in the Peason community. Parking is available at the church. The Army will furnish a tour bus for those attendees to ride, or you can follow the bus in your personal vehicle. the bus will leave the church parking lot at 8:30 a.m. Be sure to bring your camera.
