Law enforcement officers in Orange County raided a truck stop containing an 8-liner game room early Wednesday. It happened at the Gateway Travel Plaza on Interstate 10 in Rose City at about 6:00 a.m.

Reportedly, Orange County deputies along with the Rose City Marshal’s Office had search warrants in hand and they left that location with approximate 50 computer motherboards from 8-liner gambling machines, and also seized cash from the truck stop.

However, there was no word on any arrests being made.

Officials in Orange County say the raid followed a 10-month investigation into the alleged use of 8-liner gambling machines at that location.
