The Tulsa Police Department has confirmed that one man accused of killing his stepfather is in police custody.

Oshay Booker, 39, was taken into custody without incident and is awaiting extradition back to Louisiana.

Booker is accused of killing Ronald “Cloud” Goff, the former mayor of Winnfield, Louisiana.

Booker was taken into custody following an investigation by the Tulsa Police Departments Fugitive Unit, along with K9 officers.

Winnfield is about 30 minutes from Natchitoches.
