Christian Living Fellowship Church was destroyed by a fire on December 31, 2021.
State Fire Marshall investigators believe that fire may have been started by fireworks being shot on the property.
An intruder alert was sent to Pastor Bobby Ganaway about 1:00 a.m. that someone was behind the church, located on US. 171. There was no one there when volunteers arrived to check the property.
About 2:30 a.m. on January 1, 2022, New Llano and Sandy Hill Fire Departments arrived at the church to find a shed and the church on fire. Discarded fireworks were found on the church property.
