UPDATE: An arrest warrant has been officially issued for George William Wagner, 17, after an indictment was handed down by a Grand Jury Wednesday.

A second student has been indicted in the Huntington baseball team hazing case.

According to Assistant District Attorney in Angelina County Ken Dies, the adult student is facing a charge of injury to a child, a third degree felony.

A warrant has not been issued at this time. Dies said he expects one will be issued later today or early tomorrow.

One student has already been indicted in connection to the investigation. Mario Martinez, 17, was indicted in March and later turned himself in to authorities. He was booked into the Angelina County jail and later bonded out.

He will be arrainged next Thursday.
